Arthur has strong experience within the underground mining industry in Both NSW and Queensland, spending over 16 years working on-sites for the mining industry, independently as a contractor, or collectively as a consultant. He has facilitated himself well throughout many different roles, ranging from; a miner, geologist, mining engineer, and geotechnical engineer, more recently utilising his adverse skills in project management.
With extensive opportunity to clearly prepare costs, schedules, and tenders to the highest standard, with strong project management skills, Arthur has successfully tendered and project managed multi-million dollar projects, winning over $70M worth of tenders. He has significantly reduced operational costs, while working closely and effectively with peers, management and clients, utilising his strong motivating and utilization skills from the available team for improved efficiency, productivity, and safety. He is known to have an acute eye for optimization and continual improvement.
