Rhys has over 15 years of experience in the mining industry, working both domestically and internationally. He is more than adequately qualified to facilitate into any role, individually, part of a group or leading a team. He has excellent communication and community skills both written and verbal, having experiences throughout all ranges of Occupational Health and Safety.
His practical experience with working in some of the remotest regions has heightened his ability to work under extreme pressures and restrictions, while maintaining composure and still able to accomplish the task requirements. Managing projects (evaluation and continuation) with available funding ranging from well budgeted thousands through to generous millions, allocating and prioritizing studies and further research (and reporting), have enabled an advanced understanding of detailed administration for the implementation of major works, yet still remaining flexible to accommodate where a more integral issue may present itself.
