Troy has over 25 years in all aspects of the mining industry, predominantly underground. With advanced mechanical skills, associated with his fabrication and design, has developed new technologies and machinery for improving efficiencies across all aspects of the industry. Specialising in “ground support systems”, and equipment utilising polyurethane and Phenolic chemicals, long-wall installations and recoveries, installation of ventilation control device (VCD), conveyor installation and project management, for the safety and production within all underground workings.
Troy takes pride in his ‘zero harm’ polices which have resulted in an efficient and focused work force, wining major tenders throughout. His skills have facilitated the ability to aid through consulting to mine sites on methods of safety in mining throughout highly stressed and fractured strata enabling safe and continuous production through in-depth knowledge of machinery and proven experience in project management through the appointment of multiple contracting companies. He is also more than comfortable within sales and marketing of mining equipment.
